Eli’s night was a night to remember as a Denver Tech Center ballroom was transformed into a Rock & Roll concert. Black and red record album tabletops, concert seating, and a giant guitar pick illuminated the evening’s headliner: Eli.
To enter Eli’s Rock & Roll soiree, guests presented their concert escort tickets to bouncers located at the entrance of the “concert hall.” Truly a great musician, Eli played his guitar as he made his grand entrance through a flowing black drape spotlighted in red. Black-printed “Rock On” t-shirts were given to guests early in the evening so they were officially “in the band.”
Three-foot tall glass columns, encircled by an array of CD’s, featured a vinyl record on top of the dramatic centerpieces. Tables were named after Rock & Roll legends such as The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Guns & Roses. Famous concerts, shown on two large screens, created a backdrop of entertainment during the event. Six-foot round and revolving patent leather tabletops were centered with a red foam core and effectively mimicked a record playing. Printed black and red CD’s doubled as both menu and napkin holder. Mini-white guitar picks printed with Eli’s name were sprinkled like confetti on all table surfaces.
Elevated cabaret tables were surrounded by bar stools so Eli’s guests could enjoy a custom caramel apple station and fresh oven baked cookies. Concert seating set off the raised and lit stage, which showcased Eli playing his new guitar.
“ENCORE!” – for another Eli-night.
